50 THINGS TO DO BY YOURSELF

ITS ALL ABOUT HOW YOU GET CONFIDENCE,JOY,HAPPINESS WITHIN OURSELVES,RATHER THAN ALWAYS DEPENDING ON OTHER TO DO WORK OR FOR EVEN HAPPINESS  
SO IN MY FIRST BLOG POST,I THOUGHT I WOULD SHARE A FUN LIST TO DO THAT I LOVE DOING BY MY OWN SELF THAT THINGS MAKES
ME HAPPY IT FEELS THAT I DO SOMETHING GREAT FOR MY OWN SELF.
over the years, i have gradually become so much more comfortable in spending time alone,and i think it is becoz i have always made sure that i am putting my energy into doing things that i LOVE which give me HAPPINESS.
yes its TRUE if u feel happy in doing something and if someone things its not gud just dont think that person thoughts right if u feeling gud doing that thing.
THIS WORK OR FEELING IS RIGHT.
LETS START WITH 50 THINGS TO DO
whatever you end up doing on your own,listen to how u feel and go with doing something that lights u up from the inside out!
1.start your own garden or plant them in larger boxes if you dont have spaces.planting a plant makes you feel confidence, makes u postive.

2.bake something that u have never made before.i know its difficult for some of us its okk start with tea coffee making.
3.spend a day at a museum or art gallery.
4.Medicate,yes it's important you have to do this I am not saying u medicate for hrs ,I'm saying that just sit still be calm that's beautiful.just try this only just for one time and trust me you love it.    5.have a dinner means dinner date but with your own self.                        6.Read your favorite Book or even Favorite chapter from that book which inspired u 😍 which makes feel happy.   
     
7.Go walk in nature feel the nature.          8.Make your list of doing yours favorite things which u wants to do.👍   9.Make popcorn and see Movie yes Do this to movie night .                                       10.Go to the grocery shopping .yes u think what that.....but it's give u another types feeling it make u satisfied.             
           
11.go out for a long sunday brunch.
12.see a film at the cinema on your own ......you wont have to share your popcorn.
13.create a mixed playlists for all your different kind modes and occasions.
14.take a long drive enjoy music,ride.
15.rearrange your wardrobe and may you discover your clothes which are old and then style them again.
16.clean and organise things around your home.
17.visit the florist and pick out a bunch of flowers for your bedside table.
18.create a calming space in your home for working on your hobbies.
19.create a beautiful meditation or spiritual corner.
20.take your old things out which are not in used for you gave them to someone more needed.
21.paint,draw,sketch,write....let your emotions get out.
22.make a terrarium from a selection of succulents and moss.
23.go somewhere in your city where you never go.
24.go to a music clubs,enjoy the music and dance like crazy.
25.read up your horoscope,angel cards.....if you wants to read than just started by this its so much fun.                   
  
26.send a handwritten letter to your friends to your family ..........trust me they loved it.
27.create a vision board and bring your next adventure to life that so true its all about LAW OF ATTRACTION if you wants to talk about that topic than plz comment below . i love to do that.
28.make a heathy starter that you loved. i love some yoghurt with some fruits its delisious.
29.light a candle,take a relaxed bath.
30.journal and declare your dreams.....one on my dreams to travel all world and wan you write it and imagined your self #lawofattraction its comes TRUE.                                              

31. Do a face mask.its just a general thing i know but i want to included that to.
32.roll out your mat and do yoga to rejuvenate yourself if you dont like yoga do some exescises u love it .
33.think some questions that you wants to know and then go for it do research for them find answers for them and then your mind relaxed.trust if  u have so many questions then your mind cant relaxed.
34.do a juice cleanse for the day.
35.rearrange things in your room and you get happy the way it get truned 0ut.
36.get a paint your room or may be your drawers.
37.give yourself a mini retreat weekend.
38.sleep,doze or power nap as much as u need to.
39.sip a cup of tea and look the beautiful scene around your window.
40.go to the park with some of your favourite food and enjoyed the day.
41.catch up on all your favourite blog posts.im promoting myself by saying that catch up my posts to.
42.travel or do a day trip.
43.give yourself a manicure.
44.wake up early to see the sunrise.
45.go for a jog or walk by the beach or in park but go for walk.
46.sign up for a course such as different language.
47.take a photo to depict each hour in your day.
48.make an altar for your crystals,meditation bowl and candles.
49.always happy be smiled always in every condition you love that feeling to.
50.OMG im on my last point Make a GRATITUDE list.yes when you gona start that u love it just try .GRATITUDE is so important part in your life.
